Christmas Eve and we have a pipe to burst in our home-water is coming from 2 areas and it's a mess! 4pm on a Saturday and my husband places one call but no
answer and then he reaches Dennis at Plumb Twisted. Fast forward to Christmas Day before noon and Dennis is here with Kelo and takes care of the leak and fixes another POTENTIAL area that was in danger of the same Catastrophe!!!!!!!!! We had a couple of issues come up in our home (between a broken pipe causing a flood in our laundry room and both outdoor faucets needing to be replaced due to age). They fixed them quickly on both occasions. We are so happy with their professional service and will continue to do business with them.

Cody, Austin, and Kurt were very patient and persistent in locating a slow leak that turned out to be my 27 year old water heater. This company has always responded to messages quickly and were either at my house the same day or the next day. Very polite and a pleasure to do business with.

Two gentlemen showed up on a Saturday to clear our sewer line. Quick, professional, thorough, and all around nice guys.
I came home to a mess! The "T" that connects the kitchen and washer drain to the waste water line failed and the water from the washer was on the floor. Being a Friday, I knew we wouldn't get a plumber until the following week. Plumb Twisted was there within an hour. Cut the steel fixtures out and had it repaired within a couple hours. Very professional. Even brought in a handheld vacuum and stuff, and cleaned everything up.
