We had an unexpected and confusing problem with our air conditioning/furnace system and couldn't figure it out. Britt quickly responded and took the time to try and help as much as she could and was amazing to work with. Travis came out and took a look at our system and didn't give up until he figured out the problem. We were very pleased with Travis and his helper. The install was fast and efficient. They consulted us about placement of the components and explained everything before beginning. Once the installation was completed they gave us a rundown of the operation and explained the thermostat settings. Good job guys.
I highly, highly recommend this company...they installed an air conditioner for me and I couldn't be more pleased. I also had a maintenance issue (my fault) he stopped by, showed me the problem and what I needed to do in future and didn't even charge me. I've found them to be very professional and for sure they will be my first call should I need anything else done.
