Highly recommend 4k Homes! They were professional, precise, prompt and perfectionists! Billy, Mitch and Zak renovated our bathroom putting in a shower replacement for an existing tub. They were all friendly and very knowledgeable. When they ran into a hiccup they made sure to make it right. Very much appreciate the work they did and their willingness to really listen to what we wanted and yet being able to give much needed advice for a better outcome. We're thrilled with the finished product!!
I wanted the lanai redone with very specific results. I had spoken with several drywall/remodeling contractors and they did not understand or wanted to do project to my requirements. 4K Homes came out and not only did exactly what I wanted but were great to work with. Very professional, flexible, neat and pleasant. I had them back several months later to fix the drywall and ceiling in the garage - same great experience.
I have both read and written testimonials during my home ownership years. Over time, I have unfortunately witnessed that once a company completes a job and is paid, I don't hear from them again. Any repair that I may have to call for goes to the bottom of their list and I wait a long time for service. It is not advantageous in creating a working relationship for future needed services.
