The 3rd Gen team did an awesome job on our home renovation. They have a highly skilled crew that did excellent work on all parts of the house and were extremely courteous and respectful during the process. Completely delivered on our vision.

3rd Generation installed new flooring, baseboards, stair treads in my den and installed baseboards, trim and carpeting in a bedroom. They installed lighting, painted multiple rooms, and did several other repairs. Richard Barnett has a can-do attitude with great attention to detail, and he keeps the client well-informed as the things progress. The entire team is highly skilled, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Richard Barnett and 3rd Generation did a great job with the roof. Very helpful with great communication. They did our entire roof in about a day and cleaned up like they were never here. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a great job done for a good price.

Third Generation Construction installed windows for me today. Richard and George did a great job! They were very professional from start to finish, they cleaned up everything when they were done. The new windows are beautiful and make the upstairs look amazing!!
